DIDN’T FULFIL THE ORDER!!!!!!!
Ordered two products which were meant to come with free lipstick and lip pencil…
Order arrived without the free products that were on promotion and without the receipt/invoice.
Contacted customer service who were extremely unhelpful and just kept repeating that it must be our fault …
I am an adult and as such know how to write a promotion code when placing an order so please don’t insult me by asking me am I sure I put the code in ….
Totally refused to rectify the issue by simply sending out the missing items

I would give zero stars if I could. I have ordered 8 days ago. My order hasn't been posted, I called customer service every day, got the same basic reply. After 8 days I got an email they have cancelled my order, because the items I have ordered are out of stock. Of course they are out of stock, as they haven't done anything about my order for 8 days!!! Absolutely useless company, they can't keep track of their own stock????? They don't offer you any solution, or compensation!!!!!!!! Last time I have bought from here!

Dont know what they have in stock but advertise it all as available. They then get interest on your money til they cancel your order!! 5% discount offered to everyone, but they have no stock to buy!! Save yourself alot of grief!!

Took my order and my money only to cancel it a week later as item out of stock. Absolutely useless and a waste of time - will not be buying anything from that brand ever again!

I placed an order because you can get 3 free samples for any order. But when the goods are delivered, there is no samples at all! I emailed and queried. Was told that they run out of 1 of the samples so they didn't send the other 2 as well. They offered me a promotional code for 5% off for next purchase. I refused and asked for any 3 samples instead of the specific ones. They said they can't. Why? God know! Probabely it's a scam from the start!

Absolutely useless, shocking!! DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM THEIR WEBSITE. First time, they have cancelled my order without any notice due to out of stock. It was a sale just before Christmas. Useless. Then, it looked like the products I wanted back in stock again for Boxing day sale, so I ordered them again. After more than 1 week, no information at all about my order. I contacted them to ask my order status and then, they just cancelled my order AGAINA due to out of stock. They don't have any proper management and unable to control their stock, which is one of the most important thing for their business. Avoid, no good company.

My second order was May 18, 2021 until now I haven’t received any emails from them that they have dispatch my order.

I have no questions about the products, but their UK Customer Service team is terrible. You can't change, or modify your order, even though it is the moment you just placed it. I placed an order, but realised they charged me £30 extra. When I called, they said because I claimed a free sample with a code, so I have to pay for a full price rather than discounted rate. They can't change, can't modify, can't cancel it...they tell me to return the samples when i receive my order....then they may refund for me.....

If I could, I would give them zero star....This is not customer service.

Excellent cosmetics and face treatments for skin

I placed an order on 7th Jan. It was cancelled on 20th Jan. When I placed the order initially, my item was in stock. A week had passed, and I had no email to say my item was dispatched. So I called them to ask, and said I was concerned the item will be out of stock if you don't send it soon. Don't worry, they said. It will be sent in the next few days. So, I waited nervously, as I have been checking my item at the time it was still in stock. Nothing came to me, so I called them again and they said they will investigate. By this time, my item was out of stock. So I am thinking, well I am not going to get it now at the discounted promotional price. A few days later had passed, and then I get the confirmation, my item is now out of stock and it is still out of stock even though it is shown on the website it is IN STOCK and the full price. And this has been showing since then. So basically they didn't want to sell it to me at the reduced price, but kept me waiting for days, and now it is in stock, they are selling at the full price. All this time, I had not been looking elsewhere to buy this product from other sites, thinking they will send it.

An unprofessional company with very either very bad stock taking and system, or a company that doesn't care about their customers with no high regard of ethics.
